Our Visit with the Stachniak's!

So, Mommy and Daddy have these friends that they met 7 1/2 years ago on their honeymoon and have kept in touch with ever since. Aunt Peggy and Uncle Brian live in Charlotte, so Mommy and Daddy finally got to see them again after all these years and it is too neat that after all this time they have gone from living thousands of miles away from each other (they used to live in Colorado) to just being 30 minutes away.

Not only was the evening fun with a delicious dinner and a great visit, I fell in love with Isabella, Uncle Brian and Aunt Peggy's Irish Setter. She was so much fun to play with but I better not tell Sister Bunny or she will be jealous!

My Camo Days....

This weekend Uncle Agan came to visit and go duck hunting with Daddy. I was up at 4:30 AM and all ready to go with them but they told me "maybe next time!" So, when they got back I was all dressed in my camo (Thanks for Aunt Kat and Uncle Jeff) trying to convince them I would definitely be ready next time.

After I was sure they were convinced, Daddy and Uncle Agan was ready for a bite to eat, so of course I was ready for that action! (Notice: My onsie says, "My First Tree Stand," which is referring to my highchair...how cool is Uncle Jeff & Aunt Kat!!

So, from all this hype I am hearing, everyone is saying I look like my Daddy....mmm....Does this look like a mini-me?

And to wrap up the day, the weekend would not have been complete without my Uncle Bubbie here!

Our Visit to Discovery Place

Earlier this month Mommy and Daddy took me to this neat place called the Discovery Place in Charlotte to view the PomPeii Exhibit. I also discovered that I love watching the fishies....esp the bright colored ones!

During our MLK holiday weekend, Mommy and Daddy was invited to a party to Charlotte....I had to have my pic taken with them before they had a night out!
Yes, I know I look just like my Daddy...but Mommy and I do favor in the cheeks, don't you think?

Aunt Ashley came for a visit too and babysat me while Mommy and Daddy went out on the town!

YEA!! SNOW!! What's that funny stuff on the ground?

Well, Mommy finally had her wish and got snow today! We stayed home from school and watched the snow fall from the window all morning. We were waiting for Daddy to come home so we could take our pictures but needless to say, it was almost gone waiting for him, so we went out and took them with the last little bit left sitting in our bumbo!

Well....we have decided to join the world of blogging for 2009! Liliana just turned 7 months old and has new tricks all the time. She has started clapping and dancing (rocking back and forth) when she hears music! We are well on our way to eating solids and our favorites are of course, the fruits!
